GDORA warrants that products purchased from us, are of merchantable quality and free from material or workmanship defects, provided they are subject to normal use. This warranty service is provided free of charge.
How long will be the warranty cover?
The warranty will be valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
What does the warranty cover?
This warranty does not cover damage to Gdora products caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear and/or failure to follow the product’s Care Advice. Care Advice can be found here.
Claims covered by warranty
- Bubbles & impurities
- Polishing imperfection
- Crystal component detached
- Metal parts fallen off
- Incorrect positioning of a component
Claims not covered by warranty
- Specific cases of missing crystals
- Discoloured crystals
- Deep scratches on metal, wear & tear.
Every product found to be defective under this warranty may be, at the discretion of Gdora or its retailer.
- replaced by an identical piece, if available; or
- substituted with a piece of comparable value;

Please retain your sales receipt in case you have a warranty claim. The sales receipt serves as proof of purchase and authenticity.
